FAQ

While we get back to you with your queries, here are the frequently asked questions that could help you answer your questions about our services.

1) My university/institution/journal publisher requires an editing certificate. Will I be able to get a certification?

Absolutely yes. As of 29th June 2016, all clients will receive an editing or proofreading certificate, detailing the level of work put on each manuscript.

2) How long will it take to get my finished products?

This is dependent on the turnaround time you request before purchasing our services. We, therefore, quote you based on your dateline. You’ll be given options to choose from 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month turnaround time. If you need the paper returned on a specific date, please get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

3) Is there a revision policy and how does it work?

We have revision policies for all our services. Should you find our work unsatisfactory, provided that you have valid evidence, or if your paper has been rejected by publishing companies due to significant errors that we had failed to rectify, we will re-edit your paper for FREE. Please communicate with us concerning your concerns and we will attend to you soonest possible to to ensure your paper gets published in the best possible manner.

4) How will I get my edited paper delivered?

We edit manuscripts using the Track Change feature on Microsoft Word documents and deliver them via e-mail. You should enable the ‘Track Change’ feature to view all suggested edits. You, as the author, have the authority to accept or reject our edits and comments. Should you need further clarifications on comments made to your paper, please get in touch with us via e-mail and we will explain to you further.
